Workshop 1 minggu untuk pelatihan ICT untuk edukasi Sains dan startup Edukasi

FMIPA ITB bekerjasama dengan KAIST akan menyelenggarakan Workshop 1 minggu untuk pelatihan ICT untuk edukasi Sains dan startup Edukasi.
Kegiatan workshop ini gratis dan ditujukan untuk 60 Mahasiswa FMIPA ITB (tempat terbatas) yang nantinya dibekali membentuk beberapa kelompok startup dalam bidang Edukasi Sains dan Edutainment.

A. Session 1: Understanding of Arduino

  • Understanding of the importance of Startup and HW/SW technology.
  • Understanding to interworking HW and SW

  3. Importance of S/W

Day 2

  • Practice basic functions of Arduino
  • LED control by Arduino
  1. Install Arduino
  2. Understanding Breadboard and LED
  3. Practice for statement, LED chasing

Day 3

  • Practice HW application by SW ( Piezo buzzer, FND etc.)
  • Each team has a Arduino LED project and presentation their outcomes
  1. Make a project concept diagram
  2. Presentation of outcome
  3. Feedback

B. Session 2: Interworking Arduino and Scratch

 Day 1

  • Understanding the necessities of various SW interworking.
  • Learning S4A(Scratch for Arduino) interface and operation
  1. Understanding characteristic of S4A and Arduino application.
  2. Install S4A and basic commands

Day 2

  • Understanding the concept of animation.
  • Make a simple multimedia application by S4A.
  1. Analysis example of animation
  2. Analysis example of MP3 player
  3. Make a MP3 player

Day 3

  • Practice a project interworking S4A and Arduino.
  • Practice the team project and demonstration the outcome
  1. Make a S4A digital clock using by Arduino
  2. Demonstration of project outcome

C. Session 3: Interworking Arduino and Processing

Day 1

  • Understanding the strong point of Processing and practice basic functions.
  1. Learning the pros and cons of Processing and understanding application of it.
  2. Drawing various pictures and Television set.

 Day 2

  • Practice some projects by Processing
  1. Practice mouse tracer, point, keyboard input & control

 Day 3

  • Practice interworking project Arduino and Processing
  1. Dual telecommunication between Arduino and Processing
  2. Make a Rader using by a ultra sensor and Servo motor on the Arduino

D. Session 4: Learning IoT (Internet of Things) project

  • Understanding the necessities of IoT which has conversed to HW and SW.
  • Examples of IoT conceptual services.
  1. Expansion to Internet interworking
  2. Understanding of IoT concept and related services

Day 2

  1. Implementation to security system by using ultra sensor on the

Day 3

  • Practice IoT project (Conversed to Mobile service)
